Chapter I General Provisions

1. This standard is specially formulated to implement the “Industrial Enterprise Total Quality Management Measures” issued by the State Economic Commission to comprehensively improve the design, construction and operation level of street lamps.

2. This standard requires that all work such as street lamp design, maintenance, installation and operation should be followed.

3. This standard shall be tested from the date of issuance. During the implementation, the experience shall be continuously summed up and revised and supplemented according to the needs of safety production development, so that it will be gradually improved.

4. When this standard conflicts with the previous one, the above first-level procedures shall prevail.

Chapter II Lamps and Accessories

Section 1 General Standard

First, the light is high

1. The installation height of the lamps and lanterns, the installation height of the same street lamps must be the same (lighting center to ground height). Small curved lamp 1 meter lamp 5-6 meters ordinary street long arm lamp and chandelier 6.5-7.5 meters fast lane arc lamp no less than 8 meters slow lane arc lamp no less than 6.5 meters

2. The special lamp type is installed according to the design requirements, and the height of the lamp is equivalent to the width of the road that needs to be illuminated. H≌L is illuminated on both sides only when H ≌L/2, H: luminaire installation height (m) L: road width (m)

Second, the elevation angle of the lamp

1. The width of the street of the elevation angle of the lamp and the light distribution curve of the lamp are determined. The elevation angle of each street should be the same.

2. When the lamp head is adjustable, the center line of the light source should fall within the L/3-1/2 range of the road width.

3. After the long arm lamp (or arm lamp) is installed, the lamp side should be raised 100 mm from the pole side.

4, special lamps should be based on the light distribution curve to determine the elevation angle of the lamp.

Section 2 street light fixtures

1. The lamps should be firm and correct, and there is no looseness or stagnation.

2. The lampshade should be intact and not broken.

3. The enamel lamp umbrella is rusted and the deformer should be replaced.

4. The mirror surface of the luminaire fails and should be replaced.

5, the lamp mirror in transportation, installation process should not be damaged or deformed, the lamp cover should be added with a rubber ring, wipe the test bright, the lamp mouth is porcelain broken copper, should be replaced.

6, the lamp, the lamp body can not be bent, each part of the fixing screws need to add spring eyeliner tight, refused to loose.

7, cast iron lamp head has cracks, can not be used.

8, the lamp body hoop should be suitable for the pole, the device should not be too long.

9. The transparent cover and mirror of the lamp body should be cleaned and cleaned during maintenance. If the site cannot be cleaned, it should be replaced.

10. The buckle of the transparent cover should be fully and easily used to prevent the application of the cover from being reliably hooked.

11. The dustproof felt strips of the lamps should be complete, and the repairs should be replaced.

12. When a lamp is used for different specifications of the bulb, the fixed point of the lamp should be adjusted to the same position as the bulb to obtain the best light distribution curve.

13, all kinds of iron parts are not severely rusted or cracks, scars, etc., the paint peeling rust should be rust-painted or galvanized.

14. The lamp lead of the enclosed lamp shall be protected by a heat-resistant insulating pipe (asbestos pipe or porcelain pipe).

Section 3 vertical leather line

1. The leather wire should be insulated with a sheath, the copper core should be less than 1.37 mm, and the aluminum core should be less than 1.76 mm.

2. When connecting the overhead wire to the overhead wire, it should be symmetrical on both sides of the pole. The joint should be 400-600 mm away from the center of the pole.

3, the vertical line is connected to the power supply side

4. If the vertical leather line is more than four meters, the support should be fixed in the middle, and the insulation twisted wire should be no less than 7/1.0, and the single cross-binding method in the standard is issued.

5. When the main line and the vertical line are different metals, the tie line between the phases is used as the transition joint bow. The length of the bow is no more than 100 mm.
